To join the Domonor team, prospective carers must complete rigorous background checks, tests, and an interview process before they qualify…​

Every Domonor employee must undertake the Homecare Care training, regardless of their educational background or experience. We’re committed  to supporting our staff with ongoing training, learning and professional development. We collaborate with local training providers, schools and colleges to enable our team to obtain industry-recognized qualifications.

Finding the right person for 24-hour care

It’s essential to find the right live-in carer, in order to meet the needs of the end-client, all of whom have unique requirements; for example: 

  • Do they like board games or play cards?
  • Are they animal lovers?
  • Do they like the theatre?
  • Are they keen gardeners?


It’s vital to understand these details, especially when you live with someone 24 hours a day.

One of our team members will contact you to provide you with the profiles of the most suitable carers. Each Domonor carer profile is carefully prepared to demonstrate each carer’s key attributes; for example: work history, personal qualities etc.

Live client and carer chat

Live Client & Carer chat

Once agreed, the prospective carer will have a phone or video call with the end-client. Typically, after just a short conversation, it becomes clear whether they are the right match.
