It’s essential to find the right live-in carer, in order to meet the needs of the end-client, all of whom have unique requirements; for example:

Step 1
Once we fully understand your needs – history, interests, preferences etc. – we are well placed to match them to our carer(s) skills. We will be able to achieve the best client-to-carer match by addressing the right needs.
Step 2
One of our team members will contact you to provide you with the profiles of the most suitable carers. Each Domonor carer profile is carefully prepared to demonstrate each carer’s key attributes; for example: work history, personal qualities etc.
Step 3
Once agreed, the prospective carer will have a phone or video call with the end-client. Typically, after just a short conversation, it becomes clear whether they are the right match.
Step 4
Arrangements will be confirmed once both parties are happy to proceed.
